This machine is suitable for cleaning various types of circular or irregular glass bottles. After the bottles are placed on the bottle hopper and enter the mesh belt, they automatically enter each bottle track (ultrasonic waves can be added as needed). The bottles at the front end of the bottle track are pushed into dedicated bottle sleeves. The bottle sleeves fixed between two stainless steel chains carry the bottles through rough washing with recycled water, purified compressed air blowing, distilled water inner and outer fine washing, and purified compressed air blowing. Finally, the bottles exit the bottle sleeves and are pushed into the next process by push rods.
The whole machine adopts touch screen operation and PLC automatic control, which can automatically monitor the host transmission system, inlet and outlet bottle system, and water and gas treatment system, and connect with the rear channel for mutual control, implementing electromechanical integration.
